3. User-Generated Content

All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. LabCodex does not collect or store payment or credit card information.

LabCodex uses trusted third-party services solely to provide core app functionality, including:

• Apple In-App Purchases for subscription processing
• Google services (Google Docs, Sheets, and PDF generation) for user-initiated exports

Exported documents are generated only upon explicit user request and are created temporarily for the sole purpose of providing the requested output to the user. They are not shared with third parties or used for analytics, advertising, or training purposes.

6. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly from within the app. Upon deletion, associated personal data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access.

LabCodex is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable laws.
